Brittany Sirota - Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer
Brittany Sirota attended Syracuse University, studying Exercise Science, having a passion for the human body and how it works, then graduated from the Fingerlakes School of Massage, achieving a degree in Massage Therapy and Hydrotherapy. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the World Instructor Training Schools, is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of New York and Maryland, and also holds a national certification for Massage Therapy through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.
In addition to helping alleviate client’s aches and pains through massage, Brittany, being a personal trainer, can provide specific strength training exercises and stretches to help continue the healing process. Stretching helps improve muscle elasticity and find a comfortable muscle tone. Exercising helps improve muscle strength. Massage Therapy, exercise, and stretching works together to achieve total body wellness, which Brittany can provide.
Brittany specializes in pain management and providing proper maintenance to the body. She utilizes a variety of modalities of massage within sessions based on individual needs. She also incorporates cupping and hot stones to provide deeper and more effective tissue manipulation within the session.
